I love our Tuesday Ten series for many reasons- not the least of which is the opportunity it gives us to search high and low for our very favorite versions of our very favorite things. So what’s on the top of my lust list? Woven and macrame wall hangings. I know this trend has been gaining steam for a while (as forecasted by PopSugar at the beginning of the year!), but my love only continues to grow. Cotton cording, hemp, gold wire, bamboo thread, leather — such a range of potential textiles results in an equally vast range of resulting vibes. These aren’t your grandmother’s knitted yarn projects– think bohemian sophistication. I am– in a word– obsessed.

Cannot. Get. Enough. Period! I wish I had one (or 5) on every wall of our house! Okay not really….but my obsession is clearly a problem. My point? Y’all better snag our favorite woven wall hangings below before I buy them all!

My absolute favorite is the Serpentine by Native Line— I mean, are you kidding me? It’s unreal. I’m thinking of requesting the creation of a custom Native Line wall hanging for our home. Shelby, our Director of Design, made a good point– the wall hangings can probably only be as wide as the loom. Guess I’m looking for an artist with a very large loom! Which is your favorite and will you give this trend a try?
