Here at Havenly, we’re accustomed to meeting the varied and various decorating needs and design wishes of our clients spaces. From small living rooms with a need for storage to a home office for two—we love a fun and different design challenge.

When Natasha of the Organic Beauty Blog came to us to collaborate on her nursery, we were thrilled. There’s something so special about helping a mom-to-be nest and prepare for her new little one. It was important to Natasha that the nursery be as non-toxic, organic, and eco-friendly as possible—a safe space for her future little one that fell in line with her values.

We matched Natasha with Clare, who helped transform the empty room into a bright, breezy, and calming nursery for the couple’s Santa Monica home. In taking on this important project, Clare explains, “It was important for the space to emphasize both functionality and design, so our process focused on the practical considerations of having a new baby while also staying true to Natasha’s personal style!” As our designers do, Clare worked around Natasha’s existing furniture—she’d already purchased a crib and changing table. She decorated the space with chic accents, like an all-natural, recycled, leather poof and a modern Prism mobile.

All in all, the vibe of the space is organic, chic, and modern—a primarily white backdrop with geometric accents in mint, peach, and beige. It’s an unexpected look for a nursery—and we love the results. What do you think?
