Hi!

It’s been a few months since we wrote to you last, and since then, Havenly has seen progress on all fronts that we are so excited to share with you. We’ll keep this letter short since we already take up so much of your time and screen-space through all of our normal social media efforts, but keep on reading for a full update on our product, team, and brand since we beta-launched in the end of October.

Team

We’re growing! One of the best parts of working for a start-up is the fact that it can be such a fun environment to work in because you’re surrounded by a small group of like-minded, enthusiastic, slightly crazy individuals. We’re bringing on more talent that have not only added much needed skills to our team, but are also such fun additions! This summer, you’ll continue to be hearing from our killer Creative Director, Alana, who (wo)mans our blog, Twitter, and Facebook, but we’ll also introduce you to two of our fabulous interns, who will be making guest appearances on the blog and social media throughout the next few months. As always, feel free to drop them a note and say hello!

Product

We have redesigned our logo and website since launch, and continue to make improvements to make the platform and process much more seamless for you guys, our lovely clients. The design process (one risk-free phone call, concepts, revisions, final renderings and product list) has been streamlined on our new platform, which also now clearly shows the stage of the process you are in. Don’t get me wrong, there is still so much change that will be seen on the site as we progress and work out some more of the kinks, but in the meantime, we’d love to hear from you on your experience with our site!

Customer Service

Moving sucks. We get that. Ordering furniture can be complicated and annoying, and sometimes really annoying things happen in regards to delivery (like the time I ordered a dresser and it came missing the back!). That’s where we come in. For those who have used our services and have purchased through us, hopefully we’ve been able to provide you with the highest level of customer service to make the process of decorating your space just a little bit more hassle-free. You guys are the reason we’re doing this – and we thank you, our fearless and patient early customers, for putting your faith in us! We’ve loved working with you all, and can’t wait to see how your places look after you get everything situated. And as always, thank you for the feedback each step of the way.

Here’s Havenly by the numbers in the past five months:

• 7 team-members strong

• 1 new house bought (congrats Alana and Greg!)

• 2 team room renovations (both for our co-founder Lee– her poor husband is obviously very

happy about that)

• 3 homepage picture changes

• 2 male members of our team (poor guys)

• And approximately 235 cases of wine consumed
